Yes. Black Atlas serves all major FBO and private aviation terminals in the Los Angeles area, including Van Nuys Airport (VNY), Burbank (BUR), Long Beach (LGB), and John Wayne (SNA). Tarmac coordination is available for qualifying clients. Private terminal arrivals are treated with the same meet-and-greet protocol as commercial airports — discreet, positioned, and ready before the aircraft arrives at the gate.
Cancellations made 4+ hours before a scheduled booking receive a full refund or credit toward a future ride. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a partial fee depending on the booking type and preparation involved. We work with our clients, not against them — if a schedule changes legitimately, we accommodate it. The policy exists to protect the time invested in preparation, not to penalize unavoidable changes.
